If you wish to return an item purchased at Mardesil.com, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to return or exchange it.
During the Christmas period, we've extended our return policy. If you placed your order between November 22nd and December 31st, you'll have the entire month of January to return it.
The refund of delivery costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all items that make up the order in question are returned.
RETURNS
To make a return, we offer you two options:
Option 1
Send the items via Correos or any other courier company to the following address:

Avenida Camí Pla, 35
08870 Sitges
You will only have to cover the shipping costs to Mardesil.
Option 2
Send an email requesting a collection. We will send a courier to collect the item(s).
The collection cost is:
€3.99 for mainland Spain and Portugal
€6.50 for the Balearic Islands
€10.00 for other countries
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you requested a collection service, we will deduct the collection fee from your total refund.
CHANGES
If you need to exchange for a different size, we'll send a courier to make the exchange. In this case, you won't have to pay for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
You only need to contact us by email info@mardesil.com or by phone: 686 243 859 to tell us which item(s) you wish to exchange.
If you need to exchange your item for a different item of a different price, please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed.
